Synopsis:

Eleven-year-old Abby Brown and ten-year-old Ian Carter are inves­tigative reporters for their school newspaper. Re­sponsible for writ­ing a column called “What Do They Do in There?” Ian and Abby are always on the lookout for enterprises with strange and interesting names that give no clue about what they actually do. Their fun filled attempts to find out what these enterpris­es do sends them on a wild ride of adventure and discovery. Notebooks in hand and ready for mischief, Abby and Ian explore the fascinat­ing worlds of science, medicine, technology, manufacturing, aviation, entertainment and space exploration.
